FAQ -
1) I have lost all my hidden files after mistakenly uninstalling the app.
We suggest you to unhide all the files before uninstalling the app. If you have lost your files anyway, you can still get them back by re-installing the app.
2) I have updated the app, but it doesn't seem to work. I can open my gallery without any password. What to do?
When you update the app, associated services are stopped till the time you re-launch the app. So whenever you update the app to a higher version, please relaunch it to start the services.
3) I have forgotten my access to the app, how do I get it back?
It's simple to get access to the app even after you have forgotten your PIN, Pattern, or Voice Access to unlock. fill in the Hint Answer saved by you at the time of first launch. Or just submit your Email id (which you submitted at the time of first launch), your hint answer will be sent to you through the mail. After entering the Hint Answer, you can change your password.
